Storage of Accesse Data
A time file about access data are stored in a log file on the server of our provider www.cmx-konzepte.de each time a user accesses a page of our offer. Each record consists of:

  • the page which has been requested from the file;
  • the name of the file;
  • the date and time of the request;
  • the amount of data transferred;
  • the access status (file transferred, file not found etc.);
  • a description of the type of browser used;
  • Client IP Address.

Insofar as there is the possibility to enter personal or business data (email addresses, names, addresses), the disclosure of this data by the user´s on a voluntary basis. Again, your data will be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties.
Users have the right to receive information free of charge about the personal data stored about them. Additionally, it should have a right to correct, block and delete personal data in accordance with statutory provisions.
